[committee] Bank account for UCC

Having a separate bank account _will not_ effect our ability to get SOC grants as we are still a guild club and we retain our "account" with the Guild as we're required too - anyway, a reasonable person wouldn't punish us for trying to streamline things.

We don't have a separate account to the rest of the clubs in the guild (or the guild itself actually - it's a bank account love-in) - everyone's funds sit in one account and we have a "T" account the manages our debits and credits to show which part of the total sum in the account belongs to us.

Henry said we could get the guild BSB and account number, but we had to ensure that every single transaction was correctly marked as belonging to UCC otherwise it disappears into the ether and we never see the money again - not ideal and fraught with risk.

Has anyone actually investigated whether ucc can get an actual account number from the guild for the current account?
