Hey Elton,
Do you mean dismiss the fact that John raised a valid point in an email
where I cannot see offensive material, unless it was the presumption that
the secretary may not be doing his job by not using the official channels
to communicate?
Or dismiss the idea that the committee could have responded to it in a more
congenial manner?
Sweeping it under the rug won't help.
