Hi Ben, Melissa, Grace, Dylan, Susie, and others,

This discussion has clearly gone off-topic, and it was not appropriate 
to bring it up in this way, in this forum.

However, having been brought up, it will be addressed. Within the next 
three days, the committee will announce a date at which an impartially 
moderated discussion will be had.

It is important to understand that everyone can experience the same 
thing in different ways. If someone feels discriminated against, they 
have a right to feel that way, and it should be noted that everyone has 
a right to voice their concerns.

I would ask everyone to take a step back, and please withhold any 
further input on this topic until such a time as it may be presented in 
a properly mediated forum.
