Hi all,

I'm pleased to be able to announce that the clubroom allocation process is now finally complete. As expected, we will be remaining in our current room, Cameron Hall 182A.

Committee, please see attached the new Tenancy agreement for us to review, approve and sign. It's due back next Friday.

To everyone who has helped with the application process, a big thank you. I know the road here has been very long, but we now have certainty and can look forward to improving the room and our use of it.

Dear Club Representative(s),



On behalf of the Tenancy Committee, I’d like to express heartfelt appreciation for your patience and co-operation over the last few months. Clubrooms have now been finalised. I’m pleased to inform you that your allocated room is in Cameron Hall level 1, room 182A.



Attached is the Tenancy Clubroom Agreement, the list of allocations, and the order in which clubs should begin to start moving into their new rooms (thank you Alistair for figuring this out)! Red arrows mean moving out, green arrows mean moving in.



The Tenancy committee will only be accepting contracts returned via email. Please endeavour to read, understand, sign, and return the contract by Friday the 19th of February.



You will not be able to obtain your key from the Guild Student Centre (GSC), or move into your room, until this contract has been signed by your executive team and returned.



Once approved, the Tenancy Committee will email you a copy of the contract, as signed off by our representatives, and you will officially be clubroom tenants.



A reminder that if you were previous clubroom (or storage) tenants, to please return your old keys when you have moved out, so that we may have a record of how many keys are in circulation, and redistribute them.



If you have large, bulky items such as couches or cabinets that require moving, a few options are available:



  1.  Leave them for incoming tenant use
  2.  Discard them in/around the skippy bin outside Cameron Hall



Please email me at pac at guild.uwa.edu.au<mailto:pac at guild.uwa.edu.au> so that I can either arrange for communications about leaving furniture between outgoing/incoming clubs, or bringing in a skippy bin should there be a lot of trash.



I also recommend getting your whole committee to help out with moving. If any troubles arise, please reach out to me as soon as possible! Do not undergo activities that may hurt yourself or others during this process.



Again, the Tenancy committee and I are very grateful for the patience and understanding you have shown us over these last few months.
