[tech] webmail issues

Hey :)

I use webmail to read my mail from work, and recently I've noticed that it wont
accept changes to the default options. For instance, if I want the page to
refresh every 5 minutes, I set it in the Options; New Mail page, click Save
Options, and it says the options are changed, but doesn't actually change them.

It's also not possible for me to add people to my addressbook. "There was an
error adding this object. Contact your system administrator for further help."

Can someone hav ea look at this, please?
